The amazing companies at Academy of Ballet (in Lehi and Springville) will be performing their annual Pointe CounterPointe production. Dancers age 5-18 who have been selected to dance on Academy of Ballet Companies will present jazz numbers, tap pieces and classical ballet selections from Coppelia, Swan Lake, the Firebird and others.
The show will be Friday, March 11, and Saturday, March 12, at 7:00 p.m. Tickets range from $8.00-$10.00 and the show is appropriate for all ages. (Babies and young children should sit in the balcony for a quick exit if necessary).
If you have a favorite Academy of Ballet dancer, be sure to give her credit for the ticket sale!

Pioneer Legacy Update
The show is coming along wonderfully and your dancers are beautiful. Thank you for all of your support.
Remember to bring your $25 costume fee this Saturday, September 19th to rehearsal. Here is an update to rehearsal schedules.
Saturday September 19th - Rehearsal at the Springville studio!
- School Book 12 - 12:45pm
- Children of light small 1-2pm
- Children of light tall 1:30-2:30pm
Saturday September 26th - Rehearsal at the Springville studio!
- School book 12-12:30pm
- Children of light 12:30-1pm
*All dancers in Children of Light are invited to be in other scenes of the production but it is not mandatory. If your child would like to be in other scenes they need to stay until 4pm.
Saturday October 3rd - OFF for General Conference
Saturday October 10th - Rehearsal at the Springville studio!
-All cast arrive at 12 and get into costume
-School Book run through begins at 12:30 and will finish at 1pm.
-Show run through begins at 1 pm. Plan to be there until 4pm but we may get done early. Fox family plan to stay later to work on family scenes.
Thursday October 22nd - Dress Rehearsal at the Capitol Theater!
-6-9am - Load in
-9-noon - Tech, lighting and spacing with the company
-noon -12:45pm - Angels
-12:45 - 1:45pm -School Book - dancers can go home when finished

- 2:30 - 4pm - Children of Light
- 4 - 4:45pm - Irish
- 4:45 - 5:45 - Whispered Hope with the Lone Peak choir

*Please arrive 45 minutes before your scheduled time on stage to allow for costumes, makeup, warm up and also if we are running ahead of schedule. Traffic on I-15 is especially bad with construction so please allow additional drive time up to Salt Lake.
